Ray’s expertise as an electrician includes fault-finding, system design, installations, upgrades, and maintenance, as well as the integration of modern solar technologies. Ray’s practical problem-solving skills, deep technical understanding, and commitment to high-quality workmanship have been instrumental in shaping the company’s reputation.

As Managing Director, Ray combines his hands-on experience with strong leadership and strategic direction, guiding the company’s growth while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Ray’s vision and industry insight continue to drive the company forward.

Linda is an experienced Accounts Manager and Business Development specialist with over 20 years of experience across a wide range of business environments. Linda holds an Honours Degree in Business specialising in accounts management, providing her with a strong foundation in financial oversight, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.

With a natural flair for management and leadership, Linda is ambitious, results-driven, and a true doer who enjoys turning ideas into action. Linda works exceptionally well with people and excels in human resources, particularly in building strong relationships, leading teams, and creating positive, high-performing workplace cultures.

Linda combines strong commercial insight with excellent interpersonal skills to support sustainable business growth while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability.

Conor has worked with the company for several years. Conor joined the team as an apprentice and, through hard work and professional development, has steadily progressed to his current role. Conor is currently overseeing a major renovation project in Longford, demonstrating both his technical expertise and his ability to manage complex site operations effectively.

In his role, Conor liaises closely with our client, site management, and various sub-contractors to ensure all project works are carried out efficiently and to the highest standard. Conor actively participates in site meetings with management, providing clear updates, addressing any challenges, and contributing to decision-making processes. Conor also communicates the goals, timelines, and expectations of the project to his team, ensuring everyone is aligned and working cohesively toward successful project completion. His professionalism, leadership, and strong communication skills make him an invaluable asset to the project and to the company as a whole.

John has extensive experience in both domestic and commercial electrical projects. He is recognised for his positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and collaborative approach. John consistently approaches every task with professionalism and care, delivering high-quality results while fostering strong team relationships. John's technical expertise, paired with his approachable and cooperative nature, makes him a highly valued member of our team.

Julie has been instrumental in establishing and organising the company’s office operations. From the outset, she introduced comprehensive procedures that have created a well-structured and efficient working environment. Julie manages the day-to-day running of the office, with responsibility for administration, accounts, and monitoring project costs to support accurate budgeting and reporting.

Alongside this, Julie oversees health and safety documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance and provides support across HR functions, including onboarding and staff welfare. Julie's proactive and organised approach ensures smooth operations throughout the organisation, allowing teams to focus on the efficient delivery of projects. Julie’s attention to detail, strong organisational capabilities, and ability to streamline processes have been central to the company’s operational success.

Mark demonstrates a strong aptitude for the electrical industry in his role as an apprentice electrician. Mark has shown a natural flair for the trade, combining practical ability with a proactive approach to learning on site.
