RER Electrical & Solar Ltd, in collaboration with Elliott Properties Ltd, successfully delivered the electrical and control systems for the construction of a new Sensory Area at the school. The scope of works included comprehensive electrical installations, safety systems, and controls, all carried out in accordance with the relevant Technical Guidance Documents. Specific works included:
Electrical, Power & Data Infrastructure: Complete electrical wiring and certified cabling throughout the Sensory Area, including cable containment systems, distribution panels, and structured data cabling to support power, IT and audiovisual systems.
Lighting, Safety & Emergency Systems: Installation of ambient, task and feature LED lighting with switch and dimming controls, fully compliant fire detection and alarm systems, and certified emergency lighting to ensure safety and controlled evacuation.
Access Control & Regulatory Compliance: Secure access control systems for sensitive areas, with all works delivered in full compliance with Technical Guidance Documents, statutory regulations, building standards and school safeguarding requirements.
The completed Sensory Area provides a safe, functional and engaging environment that supports the school’s educational objectives while meeting the highest standards of safety and compliance.
