About This Project
RER Electrical & Solar Ltd collaborated with Kelland Homes on the development of 15 high-end apartments at Pembroke Lane, Dublin 2, providing comprehensive electrical and solar services for 15 high-quality apartments. The project involved a complete upgrade of all electrical systems, utilities, life safety systems and renewable energy infrastructure to meet modern residential standards.
Electrical & Power Systems: Full electrical installation and complete rewire of all apartments, distribution boards, power and lighting circuits, containment systems, cabling and accessories, with energy-efficient LED lighting throughout.
Infrastructure, Safety & Access: New ESB connection including coordination with ESB Networks, metering and supply infrastructure, main distribution board (MDB) installation, fire alarm system with smoke, heat and sounder devices, gate automation and video intercom systems, all fully tested, commissioned and certified.
Renewable Energy Integration: Design and installation of rooftop solar PV system, inverter installation, system integration and energy monitoring to improve efficiency and reduce ongoing running costs.
This comprehensive refurbishment ensured the apartments were delivered with safe, modern and efficient electrical systems, enhanced security and access control, and integrated renewable energy solutions — providing long-term performance, compliance and sustainability for residents.
